Viking Parts Orders:

If you require a part for your Viking product, please fill out the service request form and let us know what you require. Once we have reviewed the request, we will reply back with price and availability on the requested items.  All parts orders must be paid in full before ordering and the item(s) will be delivered to the address provided. Delivery charges may apply on oversized items and will be quoted upon invoicing, otherwise delivery will be at no extra charge. Deliveries cannot be made to a PO Box.

Parts Return Policy:

If applicable, returnable parts are subject to a restocking charge and shipping charge. The customer is responsible for returning saleable product that is unopened, unused, and undamaged within 30 days of sale. Special order parts and electrical parts are non-returnable. The returnable item will be examined and if it is unused and undamaged, will be shipped back the the vendor. If the vendor approves the return and issues a refund, we will credit your purchase less restocking and shipping fees.

Parts Warranty:

All functional parts installed by Bradley’s Appliance Service will carry a part warranty as detailed by the manufacturer and or supplier. There is no warranty on parts that are ordered and installed by the customer or any other service provider. All parts will be checked for defects and damages before delivery. In the event that an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
