Viking Parts Orders will still be processed as normal. Please submit a parts request and we’ll handle it as soon as possible. Service appointment requests will be handled on January 5th.

Service Appointments:

Booking Tuesday through Friday.
Service Appointments are booked with three hour windows.
We will send an Text Message when in route to service location.
Appointments outside of Calgary are determined by distance and location.

Please notify us by e-mail 24 hours prior to the date of service for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid service charges. This also applies to in-warranty appliance service.
