**COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS)**

**We are only accepting Service Appointments for emergency essential repairs at this time**

*Due to the rise of COVID cases, we will be limiting the service to emergency essential repairs only for the time being. When the COVID case number significantly lowers, we will resume normal operation. If parts only are required, please submit a service request to place an order. Thanks for your understanding and be safe.*

**MANDATORY MASK – NO MASK  NO SERVICE**

We require that all household members that will be in the same vicinity as the Service Agent to be wearing a mask. If no mask is worn, service will be cancelled and the Service Agent will leave the premises.

Please do not book service if any member in the household is returning from travel outside Canada or were exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days or have a COVID-19 symptom. (cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of smell, runny nose, or sore throat)

To prevent direct contact, we will require that the service call fees be prepaid upon booking a service appointment. We will provide an Online Payment Portal in which payment can be made with a Credit Card.

We ask that any member of the household that will be speaking directly with the Service Agent or in the same area as the Service Agent to be wearing a face covering to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 Virus. If a face covering is not possible due to medical reason, please do not be in the same area as the Service Agent.

Office Hours:

  • Monday through Friday – Open
  • Saturday and Sunday – Closed
  • Statutory Holidays – Closed

Service Appointments:

  • Tuesday through Thursday 9:00am to 3:00pm in most areas within Calgary.
  • Service Appointments are booked with three hour time windows.
  • We will send a SMS Text Message when in route to service location. (Upon Request)
  • Appointments outside of Calgary are determined by distance and location.

Please notify us by phone or e-mail 24 hours prior to the date of service for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid service charges. This also applies to in-warranty appliance service.
