Please do not book service if any member in the household is returning from travel outside Canada or were exposed to COVID-19 within the last 14 days or have a COVID-19 symptom. (cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of smell, runny nose, sore throat, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting)

Service Appointments:

Booking Tuesday through Friday.
Service Appointments are booked with three hour windows.
We will send a SMS Text Message when in route to service location.
Appointments outside of Calgary are determined by distance and location.

Please notify us by e-mail 24 hours prior to the date of service for cancellation or rescheduling to avoid service charges. This also applies to in-warranty appliance service.
